Refund Policy
24sevendesigns.com ensures 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free Revision Policy which enables you to improve on your initial design brief free of charge.

In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failing to fulfill any of your special designing requirements or not able to complete your design order as per the delivery policy, your complete design order amount will be refunded.
In case of any dissatisfaction from any design services provided by 24 Seven Designs.com, you can submit a refund request within five days of your initial designs completion. However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of initial designs delivery.

Your refund would be processed as per the chart below:
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

  • If request for refund is made before the order delivery, you would be eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee)
  • If request for refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • If request for refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee)

In either of the conditions listed below, no refund request will be entertained:

  • If you have ordered a discounted package.
  • If work was commenced on one of the samples design changes were effected at your request.
  • If you have approved your design once
  • If the party who has ordered the logo decides to close the company or change its company’s name.
  • If the project was cancelled for reason(s) irrelevant to the design service of 24 Seven Designs
  • If you do not communicate with 24 Seven Designs within 2 months’ time.
  • If the client has hired 2 design companies to work on the same order.
  • If the client exceeds the count of revisions and designs as agreed in the package
  • If the order passes a timeline of 30 days from the date of placing the order.

All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. 24sevendesigns.com based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.

How to claim your refund
To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

  • 2. We will try to resolve your concern by virtue of our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.

After the refund, your design rights would be obtained by 24 Seven Designs and you would not be able to display any version of the design sent by company.

Delivery Policy

  • All design order files are delivered to you as per the date specified on the Order Confirmation. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery. All policies pertaining to revision & refund are subject to date and time of design order delivered to client's account area.
  • We deliver all our customized design orders via e-mail within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order.
  • We offer a RUSH DELIVERY service through which you can have your first logo samples within 24 hours. Terms and Conditions apply.

Revision Policy
We provide guaranteed unlimited revision. Customers can ask us for unlimited free revisions and we will revise their design without any additional charges provided that the design and concept remains the same. Revision Turnaround Time would be 48 hours.
Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Violation
The Company and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If anyone browsing the site believes that their work has been copied in a way that result in copyright violation, please provide the Company the copyright agent, and the written information specified below.

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  • The person's address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
  • A statement by the person that s/he has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
